Biography

Hysni Hoxha – jur.dip.

Hysni is a renowned legal expert with over 35 years of extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Pristina and is an expert in civil law, civil procedure, criminal law, commercial law, and public procurement law.

Hysni Hoxha has served in several high-level positions, including:

Chairman of the Public Procurement Review Body of Kosovo (2008-2016)
Director of the Judicial Administration of Kosovo (2003-2005)
Secretary-General of the Luciano Motroni Medical High School in Prizren (1993-1995)
Head of the Legal Service at the Balkan Complex in Suharekë (1982-1989)

From 2006 to 2008, Hysni Hoxha practiced as a licensed attorney in Prizren. He also held municipal leadership positions, including serving as a member of the Municipal Assembly in Prizren (2001-2007).
